Born and raised in Italy, Chiara has always been fascinated by the workings of the human mind, human behavior, and the search for life purpose and meaning. These interests led her to pursue studies in psychology, personal development and metaphysics. At age 26, Chiara moved to the United States, where she later decided to focus on a career in the mental health field. While she was finishing her Masters degree in psychology, she was exposed to life coaching philosophies, which made her realize that it could be used as a powerful tool to support people in bringing about positive changes in their lives. Chiara has always been curious about why it’s hard for people to make changes in their lives and through the coaching experience, she learned that permanent changes are possible if the desire to change is connected to the core essence of who that person is. Through her coaching process, the clients learn to look inside of themselves and generate their own answers. During several years of working as a retail manager in upscale boutiques, Chiara developed useful people skills, which helped deepen her realization that many people, although they may have fame and success, do not necessarily have a satisfying and purposeful life. Chiara’s objective is to assist individuals who are committed to finding their life purpose and designing their lives in a way that will bring them deeper fulfillment and joy. She combines the skills she’s learned during her traditional psychology training and proven life coaching principles to help people shift their energy from negative to positive, so they can develop new habits of thinking and behavior, and find their own answers to various life challenges that arise. Chiara’s ability to listen and empathize creates a safe space for her clients to gain clarity about their present situation so they can move beyond their limitations and blocks to bring about desired changes. By helping her clients raise their level of consciousness, they become more aware of the present, so that they can enjoy a richer life. Chiara holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Northridge, and an M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California. She has also been a volunteer for a crisis intervention helpline. As a long time student of personal development and metaphysics, Chiara’s caring, open-minded and sincere personality allows her clients to move forward and feel uplifted and encouraged. Chiara has recently started her life coaching practice and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Core Energy Coach with iPEC, a professional training school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a member of the International Coach Federation and a member of the Compass Coaching Network, a community of women and professional coaches committed to improving the life of women.
